This event will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Congregation Sha’aray Shalom, located at 1112 Main Street, Hingham, MA.
The day is designed to provide support, education, and resources to caregivers and professionals dedicated to those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. This year’s conference features a compelling lineup of speakers, including experts in neurology, caregiving, and senior planning, covering topics such as early prevention, care and support services, caregiver resilience, and crisis preparation.
Complimentary admission is available for family caregivers, and continuing education credits (3.5 CEUs) are offered for nursing and social work professionals.
